Egypt’s Dynamics in talks to develop Kaza Club Hotel El Gouna

Egyptian Dynamics Design and Build says it is negotiating to develop Kaza Club Hotel project in El Gouna, 464km (288 miles) from Cairo, at a cost approaching 300 million Egyptian pounds ($16.7 million).

“We expect to sign the contracts next month to develop the project within an 18-month timeframe,” construction director Ayman Saad El-Din said on Thursday.

The development works will include changing the architectural designs and landscapes, Saad El-Din told Amwal Al Ghad.

Moreover, the company is taking part in preparing the engineering designs of a number of hotels in Marsa Alam and Marina, in favour of a bunch of senior real estate investors, he added.

“We are in talks with Al Ahly for Real Estate Development and Mountain View to execute the finishing works of a number of phase of their residential projects,” Saad El-Din said.
