SAK Developments to market Egypt new capital’s housing project in April

Egypt’s newly-founded SAK Developments announced that it plans to complete marketing its fully-fledged residential flagship, Sueño Compound in the country’s new administrative capital within April 2019.

The real estate development firm targets sales worth 1 billion Egyptian pounds ($55.8 million) from Sueño that is spanning over 11 feddans, its sales manager Ahmed Ezzat on Wednesday.

“We had earlier promoted around 35 percent of the project,” Ezzat told Amwal Al Ghad, Sueño will include 369 housing units as well as a commercial part.

ASK also seeks to expand its businesses in the new capital, through launching another project there at the end of March 2019, he said.
