Egypt’s Hassan Allam to launch 2 residential projects in Alexandria, Giza

Egypt’s Nasr General Contracting Company-Hassan Allam is planning to launch two residential projects in Alexandria and Giza governorates within 2017 among its plan to expand investments in real estate sector.

Madiha Reda, Managing Director for Technical Affairs and Execution, said Tuesday that her company targets implementing the two projects on spaces of more than 9,682 metres.

Hassan Allam eyes increasing its business in real estate projects so as to achieve higher returns as well as using the spaces of its land portfolio in the best way, Reda added.

The Egyptian official further referred that the volume of Hassan Allam’s business exceeded two billion Egyptian pounds ($108.7 million) during the current financial year.

Hassan Allam has attained profits estimated at 14.3 million pounds and raised its business volume with more than one billion pounds during a year, Reda concluded.
