Egypt’s Heliopolis Housing purchases 15 land plots for EGP 171mln

Heliopolis Company for Housing and Development (HHD) sold 15 land plots in Sheraton, Heliopolis for 171 million Egyptian pounds in a public auction.

A total of 21 land plots valued at 210 million pounds were offered for sale, the company said.

The company previously announced offering for sale  21 vacant land plots, dedicated for residential purposes.

It is worth mentioning that during the first half of fiscal year 2019/2020, the company’s net profit  increased to 351.34 million pounds up from 48.6 million pounds  in the year-ago period.
