Egypt’s General Authority for Industrial Development will receive technical and financial offers from industrial development companies competing to get lands that have been launched in 10th Ramadan and Sadat cities.
The authority has lately launched lands spanning over 8 million metre square for development.
Insightful sources told Amwal Al Ghad that 21 companies have withdrawn the terms of refrences(TOR) of which 13 companies in 10th Ramadan city and 8 companies in Sadat city.
Moreover, the most prominent companies that would participate in the competition include CPC, the industrial arm of Saudi Binladin Group, Polaris International Industrial Parks, Industrial Development Group – IDG and ElSewedy Electric.
It is worth mentioning that the Egyptian government has not submitted lands for development since 2010.
