IWAN Developments achieves EGP4bln contractual sales during 2018

Egypt’s property developer firm IWAN Developments achieved contractual sales of 4 billion Egyptian pounds ($237.2 million) driven by launching new projects and the activity of the market during last year, said chief executive Walid Mokhtar.

He further said during a Suhoor organized by the company that IWAN has succeeded in establishing  seven integrated residential projects  since its entrance into the market 15 years ago. The projects was established on total area of 886,000 metre square including most notably The Axis, Atrio, Jeera and Jedar.

Mokhtar pointed  out that the company’s expansion plan include launching two new projects in New Cairo and Ain Sokhna situated on two land plots that was allocated to the company during the current year.
