Metawee Group unveils plans for Headquarter Business project in New Cairo

Egypt-based real estate developer, Metawee Group has unveiled its plans to establish the new Headquarter Business project with investments worth 400 million Egyptian pounds ($45 million), its CEO Mohamed Metawee said Sunday.

The project is commercial-administrative located in New Cairo on an area of 5,000 meter square; this piece of land was among lands submitted by New Urban communities Authority (NUCA).

Matawee added that his company is planning to start promoting the project during the second half of the current year.

The CEO said that Metawee Group has succeeded in fulfilling 75 percent of its plans for the current year as a result of the activity of the Egyptian real estate market.

Metawee Group was established in 1998, and works in the fields of real estate, tourism investment, and development. Its current projects include “Sky View”, located in the Fifth Settlement, and “La Vida” compound, located in Heliopolis.
