Egypt’s Moga Design wins a mandate for real estate, industrial flaghsips

Egypt’s Moga Design says it is supervising the on-site implementation of some various real estate and industrial flagships worth around 300 million Egyptian pounds ($17 million).

The real estate works will include two housing projects in the Industrial Borg El-Arab City in Alexandria, with investments of about 60 million pounds, Mohamed Gamal, Moga’s chairman, told Amwal Al Ghad on Monday.

Moga is also responsible for the management, supervision, and design of a factory in Sadat City, 94 kilometres (58 miles) north-west of Cairo, Gamal further stated.

This factory will be established over 15 feddans, the Egyptian official said, adding that his company is set to complete it, at a total cost estimated at 60 million pounds.
