Egypt’s Palm Hills studies buying 100-200 feddans in New Mansoura

Egypt’s second largest listed real estate developer firm Palm Hills Developments is studying the possibility of obtaining a land plot between 100-200 feddans  in New Mansoura City, while currently preparing the investment feasibility of the project.

Tarek Elghamrawy, Real Estate Portfolio Director at Palm Hills Developments, said on the side lines of  The Cityscape Egypt Conference which taking place on the 24 – 25 March 2019, that his company is ready during the next period to sign partner deals with one of the private companies to manage some of the service projects in its flagship Badya Palm Hills which is with investments of 320 billion Egyptian pounds ($18 billion).

He noted that Badya is being established in cooperation with the Egyptian government, adding  that his company has no intention to obtain land plots in either New Cairo or Sheikh Zayed seeing that it own commendable portfolio in both cities.

Elghamrawy Further told Amwal Al Ghad that Palm hills owns 5 million metre squares in Saudi Arabia and 45 million square metre in the Egyptian local metre.
