Egypt’s Petroleum Marine Services Company (PMS) has signed a cooperation protocol with Misr El Kheir Foundation to provide clean water connections for 700 homes in Idku, Beheira Governorate, as per a statement from the Ministry of Petroleum on Tuesday.
The project aims to provide clean drinking water to the most vulnerable families, improving public health and alleviating their suffering. This collaboration is part of the ongoing efforts to promote sustainable corporate social responsibility and to provide basic living conditions for citizens, particularly in areas suffering from severe shortages in essential services. It also aligns with Egypt’s Vision 2030, which focuses on achieving sustainable development and improving the quality of life in underserved communities.
The protocol was signed on the sidelines of the Egypt Energy Show (EGYPES 2025).
Amr Badawy, Chairman and Managing Director of PMS, emphasised that the project reflects the company’s commitment to its corporate social responsibility and its active role in improving citizens’ lives.
