Egypt’s Polaris Al-Zamil allocates 15,000 square-metre land for Saudi Baeshen

Egypt’s Polaris Al-Zamil Industrial Park Company (PZIP) has signed an agreement with the Saudi manufacturer of Rabea Tea, Baeshen Co. to invest in Egypt on an area of 15,000 metre in 6th of october, its Deputy General Manager,  Basel Shoeira.

PZIP is a joint venture between Polaris International Industrial Parks, which is a Turkish-Egyptian shareholder structure and Zamil-Holding, a global investment firm based in Saudi Arabia.

He told Amwal Al Ghad that  this agreement is among the company’s plan to promote the investments opportunities available within its land portfolio of 10 million metre square.

He added that his company  has contracted four national and international companies to invest in the first phase of the new industrial zone in Sadat City.

The new industrial zone which will be built in Sadat City is on an area of 1.4 million meter square.

He further  added that the company has contracted the four companies for a total area of 60,000 metre square.
