Egypt’s Polaris delivers first phase of Bosla SMEs complex

Industrial developer Polaris Parks starts delivering the first phase of Bosla SME’s industrial complex west of Cairo to investors, its vice chairman Basel Shoeira said.

He added that the company has completed selling 80 percent of the units of the first phase that amounted to 65 industrial units.

“Bosla SMEs complex” is an integrated industrial project in the 6th of October industrial zone fully dedicated to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

Over an area of 56,000 square meters Egyptian pounds, the first phase of the project offer 56 ready-built units ranging between 500 and 800 square meters each, suitable for all activities including: factories, warehouses, administrative and commercial purposes.

The company has laid today the cornerstone of the second phase of the project, Bosla 2, to establish 65 industrial units on an area of 40,000 square metres.

Shoeira added that the company has pumped a total amount of 500 million pounds in Bosla 1 and Bosla 2.

Shoeira also noted that the company’s business is currently on 10 million squares metres, including 3.1 msqm in the Sixth of October City, 55,000 sqm in Bosla SMEs complex,1.4 msqm in Sadat City,300,000 sqm in Beni Suef, in addition to 5.5 msqm in Ain Sokhna.
