Egypt’s Poultry Division to Invest EGP7bln to Provide Jobs

Proposed project in South Upper Egypt estimated at EGP7billion will be presented after Egypt’s presidential elections, Abdel-Aziz El-Sayed, head of the Poultry Division at the Cairo Chamber of Commerce revealed.

The project will provide about millions of job vacancies with 750 thousands of battery of poultry production.

The volume of project reaches 3 billion egg annually, 852 million egg dish and 81 million carton and 110 million hen annually.

Speaking to Amwal Al Ghad Arabic’s Website, El-Sayed said the entire capacity will be exported abroad, expecting that the total sales of the project up EGP1billion for 14 projects annually.

ElSayed added that the project includes providing logistics as it needs 250 logistic regions, to establish 7 thousand farmers for producing hens in addition 750 farmers for incubation.
