Egypt’s property developer Wadi Degla starts Neopolis construction works

Egypt’s property developer, Wadi Degla Holding has started the construction works in its project “Neopolis” which is located at Mostakbal city with investments worth 14 billion Egyptian pounds (US$1.5 million), its chairman Maged Helmy said Saturday.

The company has obtained a ministerial decree related to establishing Neopolis-El Mostakbal City with expected revenues of 20 billion pounds.  The project is a residential compound stretched over an area of 454 feddans, it includes 14,000 units to be developed over four phases over four years.

Neopolis is the first mixed-use in El Mostakbal City offering an array of residential options that cater to every preference; apartments and duplexes, all situated in the middle of lush greenery.

In addition, it promises its residents an exquisite living experience, featuring a multitude of high end facilities and services in addition to Wadi Degla Club and Wadi Degla’s renowned retail complex: The District.
