Dina Abdel Fattah, Wael Al Ebrashy Face Probe Over Egypt’s Black Bloc Case

The Egyptian Prosecutor General, Talaat Abdallah, on Thursday, ordered investigating the complaint filed by Al Sayad Hamed, a member of freedom committee in Egyptian Lawyers Syndicate. The complainant called for committing Egyptian General Intelligence and the National Security to count and arrest the members of “Black Bloc”, and to investigate Priest Morcos Aziz, a Priest of the Hanging Church, and others who support the Black Bloc group.

Hamed called for investigating with the presenter Wael Al Ebrashy, and Dina Abdel Fattah, presenter of Al Shaab Yoreed (People Want) talk show, who hosted two members of the Black Bloc group.

He added that this group includes more than 6000 members; most of them are Christians, Socialist movements and Leftist. Their meetings always convene at Hardees nearby Tahrir square. This group has committed 20 criminal activities. It transferred within the few past days its work to Downtown in Cairo, El Mahla and Alexandria.
