Egypt’s Riyad Castle finishes 80% of Valore El-Thawra

Egypt’s developer Riyad Castle Development finished 80 percent of construction work on Valore El-Thawra mixed-use project in Heliopolis, the company’s general manager Waseem Taha told a local press on Thursday.

The mixed-use project, spanning over an area of 29,000 square metres has an estimated cost of about six billion Egyptian pounds, Taha mentioned. It holds residential units, offices, shops, and serviced apartments.

According to Taha, the project is set to be finished within three years. Taha also said that the company is planning to launch three new projects in New Cairo and Misr El Gedida soon, but didn’t elaborate.
