Egypt’s SODIC opens civil registry office in SODIC West

Egypt’s property developer SODIC has opened on Sunday a civil registry office with premium services at The Strip in SODIC West, after signing an agreement with the country’s Ministry of Interior.

The new office will be operational by the end of next June, according to a statement by SODIC. It comes as part of the government’s digitalisation efforts, which will offer citizens faster services for their convenience, avoiding overcrowding and enlarged waiting periods.

SODIC West also has a notary public office at Club S Westown.

“Bringing this new service to SODIC West comes in line with SODIC’s customer-centric approach to offer convenience at every stage of the customer’s journey, continuously improving our residents’ day-to-day experience.” said Magued Sherif, SODIC’s managing director.

Started in 2009, The Strip is a modern, simplified, easily accessible shopping mall located in SODIC West. The developer’s 1500-acre will be a mixed-use development in West Cairo, which will embrace over 25,000 residents. It is a very optimal destination in SODIC West for a shopping experience without any problems and difficulty. It offers a large number of outlets, ranging from drive-through restaurants, cafes and eateries to services such as banks and supermarkets.
