Egypt’s The Address to launch housing project in Sheikh Zayed in 2020

Egypt’s The Address Real Estate Development plans to launch a new housing project in Sheikh Zayed City, at the outskirts of Cairo, within 2020, its chairman said on Saturday.

The project comes as part of the newly-founded firm’s scheme to expand in the Egyptian real estate market, Amr Badr added.

“We are negotiating with the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) to get a land plot spanning between 20 feddans and 25 feddans in Sheikh Zayed to launch another fully-fledged urban project there,” Badr said.

The company will announce more details about the public-private partnership (PPP) urban flagship within the upcoming period, he added.
