Egypt’s property developer firm, Tower Developments (TD) unveils its plans to start carrying out the first phase of its flagship Tower Bay in Port Said within May 2018.
The first phase, which is with total investments worth around 800 million Egyptian pounds ($45.2 million), will be established over 45,000 square metres, Ahmed Lasheen, TD’s chief executive, told Amwal Al Ghad on Sunday.
“This phase is to encompass about 325 various units,” Lasheen further stated.
The Egyptian official further said that TD also seeks to sign a number of construction contracts of around 300 million pounds to execute the first phase within the next nine months.
