Egypt’s Utilities Ministry To Continue Establishing Water Plants

Dr. Abdel Kawi Khalifa , Egypt’s Drinking Water and Sanitation Utilities Minister, has affirmed that the ministry will seek within the coming phase for establishing civil water stations that are built with civil financial contributions for purifying the water and knowing the right conditions.

This came during a meeting between the Utilities and Health Ministers so as to solve this dilemma and identify the quality of water produced by these plants which its number are 3,000 water plants not controlled enough from the Utilities Minister.

Dr. Khalifa has explained that the most important problems are that those who operate the plants do not qualify technically to deal with these water plants in addition to the limited possibilities for these stations, which make them leap to a technical components and equipments affect on the quality of produced water, stressing that as long as set up plants.
