Enaya Health Insurance Eyes 200,000 Customers In 2014

Enaya Health Insurance Company targets to increase the number of its customers from 100,000 to 200,000 by 2014, said Sherif Fathy, managing director of the company.

The insurance premiums reached about EGP 72 million in 2012, he added, noting that the company plans to increase the value of premiums from 10% to 15% in 2013.

Many customers do not have enough awareness about the health insurance and healthcare sectors, so the companies exert mush effort to raise awareness about these sectors, he noted.

The current political turmoil in Egypt has delayed its move to manage the micro medical insurance portfolio owned by Arab Misr Insurance Group (AMIG).
