Engineering Construction Co. starts implementing Wahet ELryhan phase II
Egyptian real estate development company, Engineering Construction Co. starts the implementation of the second phase of Wahet ELryhan (Rihan oasis), its Deputy Chairman, Hossam Moustafa said Thursday.
Wahet ELryhan is an integrated housing project located in 6th of October City spread over 30 feddans, Moustafa added.
The second phase of the project is implemented in coincidence with the current works in phase III and IV. In addition, the company is currently finishing of the artificial lake, the land escape and the building’s entrances in the project’s phase I.
Moreover, the building area of the project is spread over 18 percent of the total land plot, while the rest of the landscape is overlooking green spaces and artificial lakes.
