Facebook To Resolve Tourism Sector Problems

Egyptian Tourism Minister Hesham Zazou created an account on the social network “Facebook” so as to keep communicating with the citizens, workers and specialists in the tourism sector.

Zazou affirmed that he has created the account to know the suggestions of the specialists in the tourism sector or the citizens. These opinions will contribute to developing the ministry’s strategies; aiming to reviving the tourism through encouraging all to positively participate in achieving this goal.

The minister said further he aims at knowing all the complaints in order to directly investigate and resolve them; by this way the ministry’s strategies will be achieved.

Zazou commented on his Facebook account, “Owing to the current circumstances and what the tourism sector is suffering, I found the best solution is to get closer to the problems and trying to solve them through creating this account to keep communicating with all the sector’s workers”.
