Farouk Hosny Referred To Criminal Court On Illicit Gains

Judge Assem Al Gohary, assistant to Justice Minister for Illicit Gains Authority (IGA) Affairs,  referred Farouk Hosny, former minister of culture,  to the Criminal Court; accusing him of illegal gains and obliging him to refund EGP 18 million, which the investigations proved he has gained.

This decision came after finishing the investigation, done by Judge Montaser Saleh.  The investigations revealed that Farouk Hosny has this wealth, while he wasn’t able to provide evidences that show the source of his wealth.
