Four wastwater plants open in Egypt’s Gharbia – governor

Egypt’s Gharbia governor Tarek Rahmy has inaugurated four wastewater plants in four villages in the governorate, at a cost worth 129.5 million Egyptian pounds ($8.1 million).

The plants will serve around 33,000 citizens in the four villages, Rahmy said, adding that this move comes as part of the Egyptian government’s efforts to improve infrastructure nationwide.
