GAFI promotes Egypt’s major projects before Euromoney Conferences

The General Authority For Investment (GAFI) is currently working on promoting major projects, announced by President Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, before the Euromoney conference, CEO Alaa Omar stated Saturday.

The projects are; the Golden Triangle, 1.5 million acres reclamation projects and the Suez Canal development project, the official added.

Omar said that the Euromoney Conferences represents an opportunity to offer the image of Egypt’s economic future, reviews the economic developments and improvements of many indicators topped by the increase of growth rate up to 4% %, increase of foreign investments in the Egyptian market and issuance of the investment law.

With the theme of ‘Financing the Future’, Euromoney Egypt 2015 will take place in Cairo on September 7-8th.

Omar further explained that the Euromoney Conference will dedicate a session to the Suez Canal axis project, the economic zone to be established there, and the available investment opportunities as well as infrastructure projects.
