General Prosecution Members Call for Deposing Tallat Abdallah

The members of Egypt’s General Prosecution have given the Egyptian prosecutor-general, Tallat Abdallah, respite till Wednesday to resign.

The members had an urgent meeting inside the Court of Cassation’s hall. They called on the Supreme Judicial Council to formally nominate 3 names for the post of a new prosecutor general, mentioning that the current prosecutor general doesn’t have the legal capacity.
