Global Telecom Holding CFO Decided to Step Down

Global Telecom Holding (GTH) (GTHE.CA) (Previously Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E.) announces that Mr. Khalid Ellaicy, decided to step down from his position as the Group Chief Financial Officer and member of the Board of Directors, in order to pursue other career opportunities.
Mr. Ellaicy will remain with the company until December 31, 2013 to assist with the transition process. The new Group CFO will be announced in due course.

He was instrumental through the transitional phase post the merger with VimpelCom Ltd., managing the integration of reporting processes within GTH and getting us where we are today.
