Gold prices in Egypt edged lower on Tuesday, tracking a mild decline in international bullion markets and fluctuations in the local currency, according to market data.
By 16:10 Cairo time (13:10 GMT), 24-carat gold was trading at 7,988.5 Egyptian pounds per gram, down 17.25 pounds, or 0.22 per cent, from 8,005.75 pounds in the previous session.
