Government Seeks To Invest LE 29.5bln In Human Development

The Ministry of Planning said that the government is seeking to invest more than 29 billion pounds in human and social development in the fiscal year 2015-2016.

A report showing the outline of the 2015-2016 economic and social development plan, has set about 70.7 million pounds in Presidency investments and 709.7 million in Cabinet investments.

Some 3.093 billion pounds will be allocated for the Interior Ministry. Another 4.1 billion pounds will go to pre-university education and 5.2 billion to higher education services.

About 4.2 billion pounds will be allotted to the development of health services.
