Housing Ministry to Launch New Phase of ‘Bayt Al Watan’

An official source in housing ministry has asserted that the ministry is ready to start a new phase of “Bayt El Watan” project upon the approval of Cabinet.

The ministry is preparing a detailed file of the project since its launch in March 2012 to present it to the Cabinet.The source added that the file contains all the mistakes which caused reduction in the expected revenues of this project and the decline in sales volume, led by the marketing problem.

The source has noted that this project needs a marketing company that has experience in this field. He pointed out that political and security stability are an important factor to launch new phase, in addition that delivering of the project I Phase , which will be at the end of this year, will work on promoting it, especially that this will confirm the government’s commitment and will reassure the Egyptian abroad.
