Huawei to release 4G-capable smartphones in Egypt as country preps for licence

Preparing for 4G services launch in Egypt, China’s tech giant Huawei plans to release new smartphones that support these technologies once released.

George Lee, CEO of Huawei Egypt, expressed his company’s willingness to massively expand in Egypt’s smartphone market by providing both high-end and regular devices to please all levels of consumers.

 “Huawei has serious plans to unveil the next period of time a series of new smart phones that supports 4 and 5G technologies according to the case in each country.” Lee said.

Huawei’s new edition of smartphones is a live proof of the company’s huge success in Egypt. Once released, the Huawei P9 had received positive feedback pointing to its unique camera that is co-engineered in collaboration with iconic German optics company and camera manufacturer, Leica.
