IDA approves $22mn for Egypt’s Al-Robeky leather zone phase 2

The utilities fund of the Egyptian Industrial Development Authority (IDA) approved 200 million Egyptian pounds (US$22.5 million) for Al-Robeky industrial zone for leather tanneries.

IDA’s Chairman Ismail Gaber stated that the $22 million are dedicated for completing the second phase of Al-Robeky leather zone.

Al-Robeky is one of the strategic projects to which the state is paying a great concern as the Cabinet demanded to finish the project according to the determined schedule.
