IFZA: SMEs make up 63.5% of UAE’s non-oil GDP

The small and medium-sized enterprises (SME) contribute to 63.5 per cent of the UAE’s non-oil GDP in 2023, an IFZA official said on Tuesday.

This announcement was made during the Golden Triangle Summit, a platform focusing on investment opportunities in Egypt, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia.

Mohamed Magdy, customer relations director at IFZA, emphasised the importance of SMEs in driving economic growth in the region.
