Insurance Federation Discusses Personal Accident Insurance Policy Today

The Miscellaneous Accident Insurance Committee at the Insurance Federation of Egypt will discuss in its meeting today improving the personal accident insurance policy, said Ali Bashendy, deputy head of the Committee. The Committee will discuss the policy’s geographical area, exceptions and additional insurance covers.

The meeting will also outline the features of the civil liability insurance policy to be issued for owners of schools and educational institutions before sending it to the executive council of the Insurance Federation of Egypt.

Mahmoud El-Khouly, head of Personal Life Assurance and Actuarial Experience Committee at the Insurance Federation of Egypt, said the committee will hold a meeting next week to discuss the quarterly report and some statistics about personal life insurance sector.

The Personal Life Assurance and Actuarial Experience Committee will discuss possible methods to improve insurance market in Egypt and study the conditions of issuing Takaful insurance policies.
