Lawsuit Calls For Deposing President Morsi

Lawyer Mohamed Abdel El Aal filed a lawsuit against President Mohamed Morsi; calling the head of the Supreme Council of the Armed Forces (SCAF) to depose Mohmed Morsi from his position and referring him to the criminal court.

In the lawsuit No. 50558/1966, he said that Mohamed Morsi hasn’t read the history.

He said we were surprised when President Morsi issued decision no. 11/2012 of reinstating the People’s Assembly which was dissolved by the highest court in Egypt, the Supreme Constitutional Court; an action we haven’t heard of before.

He referred that he has sent warning before to the head of the SCAF; calling on him to depose Mohamed Morsi from his position as the president of the state, and referring him to the criminal court, with the accusation of treason, because breaking the oath when he issued a weird decision of reinstating the PA. This destroys the state’s staff and challenges the verdicts of Egypt’s judges, moreover, abstaining from implementing a judicial verdict.
