Linatel for Telecommunications is aiming to make its volume of businesses within this year to reach EGP 30 million pushed by foreign expansions in Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Morocco markets.
Dr. Hamdy El Leithey, CEO of Linatel has confirmed that the company is witnessing substantial expansions in the foreign markets such as Saudi Arabia, Iraq and Morocco, expecting that Linatel’s business volume to be up to EGP 30 million during this year.
El Leithey has further noted that Linatel’s business volume was expected to reach EGP 50 million within the past year, but it did not manage to achieve that target as a result of the economic crisis experienced by Egypt, which negatively impacted on the volume of investments.
Moreover, El Leithey also said Linatel decides to make many drafts in Egypt in operating and maintenance fields, provide integrated services in information technology (IT) and provide applications for contributing in organizing traffic process, noting that Linatel is currently working on the content application draft with the governmental sector and the three firms Vodafone, Mobinil and Etisalat.
El Leithey has indicated that Linatel cooperates with Korean company in mobile apps fields, traffic management especially in the Gulf market.
It is worth mentioning that Linatel is an Egyptian contribution company with EGP 20 million paid-up capital and about 50 employees have worked in it.
