MARAKEZ wins best built commercial project at Cityscape

MARAKEZ, one of the largest mixed-use developers in Egypt, received the Cityscape Award for Best Built Commercial Project in Egypt for the company’s flagship development, Mall of Arabia Phase II known as “The Expansion”.

The Expansion was also shortlisted for the Cityscape Egypt Retail Project Award, while AEON Towers was shortlisted for the Residential Medium to High Rise Project Award.

It also boasts an 11-screen cinema and various children’s play areas such as Billy Beez, Sparky’s and IFC Shoot.
