Egypt’s Misr Insurance Holding Company is undergoing a board reshuffling for its affiliates, Misr Life Insurance, Misr Real Estate Assets, Misr Insurance.

The reshuffle decision was made following the ordinary general meetings recently held in the presence of Misr Insurance Holding’s Chairman Mohamed Youssef alongside officials from the parent company’s affiliates, the Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA), and Central Auditing Organization.

Accordingly, Mohamed Youssef announced as pursuant to the general assembly’s decision, that names to remain in office include; Adel Moussa as Chairman of Misr Insurance Company, and Mohamad Ismail Khalifa as board member. The assembly assigned Ashraf Sharkawy as an Emeritus Board Members at Misr Insurance Company.

For Misr Life Insurance Company, the assembly determined to name Mohamed Ghazy Saber as the new chairman. It also appointed Mohamed Hassan Hanafy Ibrahim as the chairman of Misr Real Estate Assets.
