Misr Italia signs contract to promote IL Bosco flagship in Egypt new capital

Egypt’s Misr Italia Group says it has signed a contract with a real estate investment company to promote its new flagship IL Bosco in the county’s new administrative capital.

Sherif Fathy, General Manager at New Capital Company, said Sunday that his company is mandated to market the new project on a space of 200 feddans.

IL Bosco will include housing apartments, villas, and townhouses as well some fully-fledged utilities, Fathy further stated, adding that the project to be delivered within 2020.
