Misr Oils’ Board Names New Chairman

Egypt’s Misr Oils and Soap Company (MOSC.CA) has appointed Eng. Hamid Abdel Salam Hassanein Seif as the new Chairman and Managing Director.
The board also elected Nermin Nazmy Younan as a board member, effective as of August 1, representing Misr Insurance.
