Mobinil Effects Board Reshuffle

Egyptian Company for Mobile Services – Mobinil – (EMOB.CA) stated in a filing posted on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX) website that it replaced MobiNil (represented by 9 board members) with MT Telecom S.C.R.L its board . The amendment was approved by the telco’s ordinary shareholder meeting held on Sept. 6th.
