Mobiserve to Participate in North Africa ComMobiserve to Participate in North Africa Com

Mobiserve Holding (www.mobiserveholding.com), the leading solutions provider for telecommunication infrastructure and engineering services in the Middle East and Africa is set to participate in this year’s edition of North Africa Com.  The high level industry event, to be held in Tunis May 15th-16th, will gather the region’s leading telecom players, operators, and decision-makers as North Africa’s telecom sector looks to recover from last year’s political instability and sustain its forecasted growth.

Despite last year’s political events, Mobiserve is still actively engaged in North Africa, with a number of projects being implemented for North African operators.  Mobiserve already owns a significant market share in North Africa, having been in the region since 2001.  The holding company opened its first operating company in Algeria in 2001, followed by Tunisia in 2004, and recently in Morocco.  It counts several of North Africa’s foremost operators including (Djezzy), (Nedjma) and (Mobilis) in Algeria, (INWI), (Maroc Telecom) in Morocco, (Tunisiana) and (Orange Tunisie) in Tunisia among its client portfolio.  MobiFactory, Mobiserve’s cellular network tower manufacturing arm has also of late been making strides in the market, with its first network tower installation in Tunisia for a leading operator.  Completed in February 2012, the project entailed assembly and implementation including all related civil and electromechanical work.

Eng. Sameh Atalla, CEO, Mobiserve Holding, commented on the participation by saying, “Last year’s Arab Spring brought about a lot of market uncertainty, but we see strong signs that the region is in recovery mode.  Actually over the past few years, North Africa has shown particularly high growth rates in its mobile markets.  Most countries have reached 100% mobile penetration levels.  Even so, some countries in the region will likely double their subscriber numbers, effectually making North Africa one of the most dynamic telecoms market on the continent in the coming years.”

“Our participation in this year’s North Africa Com signals our commitment to the region, and is also a good opportunity to address telecom operators on turnkey services to support them in the rollout of next generation networks including 4G as we look towards an exciting phase of development for the area,” added Atalla.

At North Africa Com, Mobiserve plans on highlighting its intelligent network outsourcing services.  This enables operators to quickly and efficiently roll out even the most advanced networks as well as cost effectively maintain them; ultimately providing subscribers a more enhanced communications experience.

Since 1999, Mobiserve Holding has built a market leading reputation through its qualified employees experienced in the latest connectivity solutions in addition to their knowledge of local markets.  With 13 offices now across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, Mobiserve is the chosen infrastructure build out and engineering partner for a multitude of the region’s leading operators including (Mobinil), (Etisalat) and (Vodafone) in Egypt, (Djezzy), (Nedjma), and (Mobilis) in Algeria, (INWI), (Morocco Telecom) in Morocco, (Tunisiana) and (Orange Tunisie) in Tunisia, (Mobily), (STC), and (Zain) in KSA, (Du) in the UAE, (Mobilink) and (Uphone) in Pakistan, (Malitel) in Mali, (Banglalink), (Aktel) and (GrameenPhone) in Bangladesh and (Warid Telecom) in Uganda.
