Nahdet Misr new strategic shareholder in Innovvette for Education

Egypt’s Nahdet Misr publishing house has joined Innovvette for Education as a new strategic shareholder, said a press release on Wednesday.

Ownership of Innovvette’s shares will be distributed in equal stakes between Nahdet Misr, CIRA Education, and the founding partner.

The publishing house will work on providing Innovvette with more funds to expand its network of preschools throughout Egypt.

It will also combine Innovvette’s preschool education experience with CIRA’s track record of running educational institutions along with Nahdet Misr’s experience in providing digitalised and innovative educational solutions and training programs.

The shareholder agreement will also help expand the reach of early education for kids throughout Egypt and the Arab world.
