New insurance startup obtains licence for consulting activity in Egypt – sources

A new insurance company has recently received a licence for insurance consulting activity, said official sources in Egypt’s Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) on Wednesday.

The new startup is named the International Company for Insurance Consultants (ICI), the sources further told Amwal Al Ghad.

FRA has earlier granted 22 companies a licence for insurance brokerage activity in the Egyptian market, they added.
