New Testing Program for Egypt’s ASV-1X Well hikes United Oil & Gas Shares, the company said on Monday. The company said that the joint venture of the ASV-1X exploration well in the Abu Sennan license in Egypt has planned to carry out a testing program on the well after finding hydrocarbons. The London-listed energy company outlined that the additional data of the program would boost the understanding of the potential of the license.

United owns a 22 percent working interest in the Abu Sennan license, which managed by Kuwait Energy Egypt.

Shares during morning trade rose 0.01 pence, or 10 percent, at 0.13 pence.
