Oman’s oil exports reach 128 mln barrels by end of May

The Sultanate of Oman’s oil exports reached 128,070,300 barrels by the end of May 2023, according to data from the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI) on Monday.

According to the data, the barrel had an average price of $81. The Sultanate’s oil exports made up 80 percent of the total oil production in the world, which stood at 160,144,300.

During the same period, crude oil production increased by 0.7 percent to reach 125,757,600 barrels.

The average daily production of oil stood at 1,060,600 barrels per day until the end of May.
