Orange Egypt announces opening of 25 new sales channels

In line with its strategy and keenness to expand and reach all customer segments to offer better services across the country, Orange Egypt announced the opening of 25 new sales channels as part of its Transformation Sales Distribution programme in the country.

The opening of the new channels is part of the company’s ambitious plan to fully embark on its Transformation Sales Distribution program, with the aim of increasing the efficiency of its channel mix, optimizing its expenses through the introduction of revolutionary sales outlets, and improving customer reach through opening new controlled channels in locations that best serve the customer.

The new mini-shops are located in Manial, Rehab City, Maadi and Madinaty, while the boutique is in Hadayek El Kobba. The rest of the sales channels are spread all over the country in Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, Beheira, Sharkeya, Fayoum, Ismailia, Mansoura, Menia, and Qena.

Orange Egypt Chief Sales Officer Abdelfattah Faizy said, “Our strategy is to make Orange the mobile operator that is always the closest to its customers through the largest network of sales and customer service centers, which are spread out all over Egypt.”

“Customers visiting Orange new sales channels will witness a new world of products, services , exclusive 4G offers, 4G routers, and a wide variety of the latest smart phones.
