OTMT Tops EGX Volume of Trades, Sinai Attacks Repercussions Week

Amid last week trading which Sinai attacks in which 17 Egyptian soldiers were killed, the shares of Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding (OTMT.CA) has maintained to become the top ten active firms for the fifth week as its volume of trades hit 382.1 million securities worth EGP 211.8 million, compared to last week’s 637.6 million securities which had valued at EGP 354.8 million.

Orascom Telecom Holding (OTH) (ORTE.CA) has shown to be the second as its volume of trades hit 53.9 million securities worth EGP 188.8 million, compared to last week’s 37.5 million securities which had hit EGP 122.8 million.

Palm Hills Development (PHDC.CA) has come third as its volume of trades amounted to 45 million securities worth EPG 93.1million, compared to last week’s 27.4 million securities which had hit EGP 16.2 million.

Fourthly, Amer Group Holding (AMER.CA) has recorded volume of trades reached 29.8 million securities worth EGP 19.8 million, compared to last week’s 24.7 million securities which had valued at EGP 16.2 million.

Fifthly, Citadel Capital (CCAP.CA)  has had volume of trades reached 20.5 million securities worth 63.4 million, compared to last week’s 13.1 million which had valued at EGP 39 million.

Arab Investment and Development (formerly AIC Contracting) (AIND.CA) has ranked sixth as its volume of trades amounted to 20.3 million securities worth EGP10.2 million, compared to last week’s 18.5 million securities which had hit EGP 9.2 million.

Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMGH.CA)  has come seventh having volume of trades reached 16.8 million securities worth EGP 70.9 million, compared to 10.3 million securities which had valued at EGP 41.8 million.

Eighthly, Egyptian for Tourism Resorts (EGTS.CA) has recorded volume of trades amounted to 15.5 million securities worth EGP 17.1 million, compared to last week’s 9.8 million securities which had valued at EGP 10.5 million.

Medical Packaging (MEPA.CA) has come ninth recording volume of trades amounted to 13.5 million securities worth EGP 19.9 million.

Tenthly and finally, Egyptian Electrical Cables (ELEC.CA) had volume of trades of 11.7 million securities worth EGP 9.4 million.
