OTMT Tops Egypt Bourse’s Traded Volumes in 2013

In 2013, Orascom Telecom Media & Technology Holding (OTMT.CA) has managed to become on the top ten active firms listed on the Egyptian Exchange (EGX).

OTMT’s volume of trades hit 6.357 billion securities worth EGP 3.98 billion.

Palm Hills Developments (PHDC.CA) has maintained its second position as its volume of trades amounted to 3.267 billion securities worth EPG 7.687 billion.

Arab Investment and Development (formerly AIC Contracting) (AIND.CA) has shown to be the third reporting a volume of trades of 1.826 billion securities worth EGP 1.229 million.

Fourthly, Amer Group Holding (AMER.CA) has had a volume of trades hit 1.805 billion securities worth EGP 1.095 billion.

Fifthly, Upper Egypt Contracting (UEGC.CA) has had a volume of trades reached 989.6 million securities worth 1.33 billion.

Sixthly, Global Telecom Holding (GTH) (GTHE.CA) (Previously Orascom Telecom Holding S.A.E.) has recorded a volume of trades reached 948.4 million securities worth EGP 4.215 billion.

Citadel Capital (CCAP.CA) has come seventh having a volume of trades reached 889.9 million securities worth EGP 3.058 billion.

Arab Cotton Ginning (ACGC.CA) has been ranked eighth as its volume of trades amounted to 793.3 million securities worth EGP 3.341 billion.

Talaat Moustafa Group Holding (TMG) (TMGH.CA) has been ninth reporting a volume of trades reached 706.9 million securities worth EGP 3.307 billion.

At the bottom of the list, Egyptian Resorts – ERC (EGTS.CA) has come tenth recording a volume of trades reached 637.5 million securities worth EGP 640.4 million.
